Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order. Once an item is shipped, we can’t process your cancellation request.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. We can’t ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received. We will issue you a store credit once we’ve received your return. Please allow 7 business days of processing for both your return and store credit. The store credit never expires. You’ll be able to use the store credit to order a new item

Our prices change for various reasons: inventory, promotions, trends, etc. So, unfortunately, we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.

We, unfortunately, do not offer refunds. We will issue you a store credit/coupon code once we’ve received your return.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date at the return address provided. The product must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive full store credit. This includes original product packaging, return postcard, and accessories. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Note: If an item is received after the 30 days has passed, it will be sent back to you at your expense, or you’ll be charged a 50% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on clearance items (final sale), No exceptions.

Avec Valeur is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit and returns shipment charges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order. Note: Order/ return processing times are slightly longer, during sale events and holidays.
